By accessing or using the Run-Via platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Run-Via is a multi-tenant process management platform that enables organizations to manage requests, approvals, routing, and status tracking across departments. The Service includes web-based tools for workflow configuration, team collaboration, and operational reporting.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Run-Via and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Run-Via shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

• Subscription plans are billed per active internal user per month
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year
• Prices may change with 30 days written notice
• Guest users (external requesters) are not billed
• Add-ons are billed as flat monthly fees, not per-user

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no refund, access continues until billing period end
• Annual plans: cancel anytime, pro-rated refund for unused full months
• Add-ons: cancel anytime, access until period end, no refund

• Trial periods may be offered at Run-Via's discretion
• At trial end, a paid subscription is required to continue using the workspace
• Trial workspaces retain all data when converting to paid
